How do I receive my embroidery designs after purchase?
All designs are available for instant download. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to download your files, and they will also be accessible in your account dashboard under 'My Downloads'.
What file formats are included with my order?
We provide a wide range of industry-standard formats including PES, JEF, DST, EXP, HUS, VIP, VP3, and XXX to ensure compatibility with most home and professional embroidery machines.
Can I resize the designs I purchase?
While you can resize designs using embroidery software, we recommend staying within 10-20% of the original size to maintain stitch density and quality. Extreme resizing may result in poor stitch-out results.
What is your return policy for digital products?
Due to the digital nature of embroidery designs, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist or provide a replacement.
Are these designs licensed for commercial use?
Yes, our standard license allows you to stitch these designs onto physical items for personal use or for sale in small quantities. However, mass production or reselling the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.
What should I do if my download link expires?
Don't worry! Your purchased designs never expire in our system. Simply log into your Embroidery Library account to re-download your files at any time from your order history.
