Due to the digital nature of our embroidery designs, all sales are generally final; however, we are committed to ensuring your creative success and will resolve any technical issues or duplicate purchases. If you are unsatisfied with a physical accessory or supply, items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Verify if your item is a digital download or a physical supply, as digital designs are non-refundable once downloaded unless the file is proven defective.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for physical goods.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your physical items in their original packaging and ship them to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
